Ray of Sunhine

Well it's hard to believe 21 years has gone by since you brightened our lives with your presence. It wasn't long until we dubbed you are "Little Ray of Sunshine" You were a "surprise" and then when you were a girl, it was a double delight for us.
So here's to you, thru good times and bad you will always be "Our Ray of Sunshine"

You are now a wife and mother, a great mother at that with the cutest little girl ever.

But long before that, here is what makes a Roo

You were Dad's best friend. He could hardly wait to get home at night to play with you.

If Dad was home, Mom was second fiddle.

You finished making up "The Twinks" and you were attached to BLANKIES and FLUFFIES (yes that is the same blanket)

You were a good sleeper, would give us that LOOK, entertained us with tongue tricks, and were just so darned cute

You camped, shot guns, climbed mountains, read a 1000 books, there is nothing in the Lord of the Rings series that you don't know and got a great tan lifeguarding

You are a awesome teacher, jump rope and swimming

You are a great and loyal friend

You are the younger sister but not the little sister

You are brothers who love you and love to tease you. (that part you hate)

You are long hair and braids (I think I braided your hair a thousands times)

You are ducks & talking on the phone & Olympic Torch Runs
and a JUMPER

However lest you forget you did play soccer, violin (for about 4 days) volleyball and piano
